As a general practice, and as time reasonably allows:

Form submissions may be deleted or archived after the matter, event, or season is resolved.
Children-related inquiries are limited to what is reasonably needed and may be deleted after follow-up unless church records require otherwise.
Spam or bot submissions may be deleted as part of routine form administration.
